If you use our premium products (like ARAW, ABMS, or Project Tracker Pro), you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the point of subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if your account falls into arrears.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the services, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Afriteck makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the software. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afriteck shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
