Welcome to Afriteck. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data processed through our website, support channels, and software products. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and delete user data.

Afriteck is the trading brand of NEXIRA AFRITECK. In this policy, "Afriteck," "we," "our," and "us" refer to NEXIRA AFRITECK and the software systems we operate.

This policy applies to users of our public website and supported systems, including ARAW, Project Tracker Pro, and ABMS, whether they are subscriber administrators, employees of subscriber businesses, support contacts, or other authorized users.

2. The Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different categories of data depending on the product you use, your role in the system, and the features you access.

  • Identity data: name, username, staff or user ID, company affiliation, and similar identifiers used to create and manage user accounts.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, business contact information, billing contact information, and support communication details.
  • Account and authentication data: login details, password hashes, OTP or MFA verification details, account status, and security-related account events.
  • Technical and device data: IP address, browser type, operating environment, timestamps, request logs, device or session information, and other telemetry needed for security and troubleshooting.
  • Usage and transaction data: information about how users interact with our systems, subscriptions, support requests, tenant or workspace activity, and administrative actions taken within the platform.
  • Customer-provided operational data: information entered by customer organizations and their authorized users into our systems as part of day-to-day business operations.

8. Account and Data Deletion

If your app account or user profile is managed through ARAW, Project Tracker Pro, or ABMS, you may request deletion of your account data using the form below. This process is designed to support user data deletion requests submitted outside the app as part of platform compliance requirements.

Enter your account details exactly as they appear in the system, including your name, email address, phone number, ID number, and the product you use.

Request a one-time verification code. We send the OTP to the email address provided so we can verify that the request comes from an authorized user.

Submit the verified deletion request. A confirmation email is sent after receipt, and duplicate requests may be blocked for a limited period while a request is already under review.

Our team reviews the request and processes it as promptly as reasonably possible. Where a complete deletion cannot be done immediately, we may retain only the limited data necessary for legal, audit, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling purposes.

Important: If you no longer have access to the registered email address, contact us through [email protected] for assisted verification before we can process the request.

If you want Afriteck to review and process deletion of your account data, complete the form below using the same details held in the relevant system account. We use these details only to verify identity, review the request, and communicate the outcome.

We will send a 6-digit code to this email. The code expires after 5 minutes.
Enter the verification code sent to your email before deletion is completed.

9. Age Requirement

Afriteck services are intended for business and organizational use and are not offered to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly create, maintain, or permit accounts for individuals under 18 on these services.

If we learn that personal data has been submitted in connection with a person under 18, we may suspend the account, restrict access, and take reasonable steps to delete or remediate the data in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, operational practices, or security controls. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
